Learn how to dehydrate eggs! You can’t dehydrate whole eggs, yes – I’ve tried… But beaten or fried, they can be put in a food dehydrator. Dried and rehydrated scrambled eggs as a part of a breakfast or as a protein supplement in soups and stews. Eggs go well with herbs such as parsley and onions.
Eggs are somewhat sensitive, so carefully clean the equipment that comes into contact with the egg. You can buy egg powder in smaller packages online.

Tips! Season eggs with spices and sauces
All different forms of eggs can be flavoured with various spices or sauces. The taste of a sauce usually adds more flavour than a powder. Check the flavour before adding too much spice or flavouring, as the flavours are enhanced during drying.
