HOW TO DEHYDRATE FOOD?
- Water from the food is removed, usually with warm air in a dehydrator.
- On average, food loses up to 80-95% of its water content through dehydration.
- The reduced amount of water makes it possible to store vegetables and fruit for years at room temperature.
